1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you and MYTIER LTD governing your access to and use of Trylo, including the website, mobile applications, user accounts, content, and related services. By using Trylo, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Trylo. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Acceptable use policy

You may not use Trylo to upload, submit, generate, post, or share content that includes nudity, sexual content, hateful or offensive material, unlawful content, harmful content, or copyrighted images that you do not have the right to use. You may not misuse the platform, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service, or use Trylo for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

4. User-generated content

You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the service. By uploading content, you grant Trylo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce, process, adapt, and share that content within the platform for the purpose of operating, improving, and presenting the service experience.

5. Content moderation

We may review, remove, restrict, or disable content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety requirements. We also reserve the right to suspend, limit, or ban user accounts that engage in misuse, repeated violations, harmful conduct, or behavior that creates legal or safety risk for Trylo or its users.

6. AI-generated outputs disclaimer

Trylo uses artificial intelligence to generate virtual try-on and related visual outputs. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon for exact real-world fit, sizing, garment behavior, styling decisions, or purchase outcomes.

7. Service availability and as-is basis

Trylo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, perfect accuracy, or that all outputs will meet your expectations. Features may change, be improved, paused, or removed at any time.

8. Purchases and decision-making

Trylo is a visualization tool only. You remain solely responsible for purchase decisions, styling choices, fit expectations, and reliance on any AI-generated result. MYTIER LTD is not responsible for purchase outcomes, styling outcomes, or dissatisfaction with real-world garment appearance or fit.

9. Intellectual property

Trylo, including its branding, software, interface, design, models, text, graphics, and other platform materials, is owned by or licensed to MYTIER LTD and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit the service or its materials without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Trylo at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the platform, infringed the rights of others, or used the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion where available.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYTIER LTD and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business arising from or related to your use of Trylo.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
